Summer Faith Camp 2023
Mitchelstown Summer Faith Camp
· Monday July 24th - Thursday July 27th 2023 in the Town Hall, Mitchelstown.
· 10am – 3pm Daily.
· Cost: €40 per child, €25 for each additional child in the family.
· Boys & Girls aged 6 -12 years (children must have completed Junior Infants before participating).
The aim of the camp is to give children the opportunity to form a personal relationship with Jesus, through activities such as Arts & Crafts, Drama, Dance and Action Songs, Music, Team Games, prayer and plenty of fun! All volunteers will be Garda Vetted, recruited and trained in accordance with Cloyne Diocesan Safeguarding Children Policy and Procedures.
To secure a place Please enclose full cost of camp to secure a place, along with completed application form and send to Catherine Hanley, c/o Parish Office, Mitchelstown. Co. Cork (087) 7727496. Closing date 30th June 2023. Please ensure you are given a receipted booking number (receipts will be sent by email).

COVID 19 Notice: In the event your child is displaying Covid 19 symptoms at any stage during the week of camp, please do not send them to camp. If your child develops Covid-related symptoms while at camp, you will be asked to collect him/her.

Faith Camp Code of Conduct
- Respect each other.
- Respect the leaders.
- Listen when others are speaking.
- No bullying allowed.
- Include everyone.
- Use of mobile phones is not allowed.
- If you’re worried or frightened about anything, tell somebody.
All children attending Mitchelstown Faith Camp, out of respect for themselves, fellow camp attendees and leaders, are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
In the event of you, the parent or guardian, having any concerns about your child during their time at camp, please feel free to contact one of the leaders at camp.
In the unlikely event that a child fails to uphold the Code of Conduct, the camp reserves the right to contact the parents. Every effort will be made to resolve the issue, but we reserve the right to request that the child be collected.
