Monday - Friday in the Parish Church, from 8.00 am

 

ROSARY

Join us to recite the Rosary together before 10am Mass

Monday - Saturday in the Parish Church - 9.45am

 

EUCHARISTIC HEALING HOUR:

A time for the parish to gather together to pray for healing for ourselves, our parish, our community, our country and the whole world.  Please join us for this beautiful hour of prayer, song and reflection....

Every Thursday in the Parish Church, from 8pm - 9pm

 

ADULT PRAYER MEETING:

A time to pray with others and sing the praises of God and reflect on the Scriptures.  Newcomers always welcome!

 

In the Marian Hall every Wednesday night at 8.00pm.  

 

ALPHA GROWTH GROUP:

Wednesdays - Town Hall - 8pm

 

YOUTH 2000

A time for young people (aged 16 - 35) to share their faith and to pray together.  Newcomers always welcome!

EUCHARISTIC ADORERS

Eucharistic Perpetual Adoration - in the Adoration Chapel Mitchelstown from Sunday 12.30pm to Saturday 7pm.  Why not come and spend some time with the Lord?  New adorers always needed to commit one hour a week - for info contact Catherine on 087 7727496.

 

LEGION OF MARY:

The Legion of Mary is a lay catholic organisation whose members are giving service to the Church on a voluntary basis in almost every country.  The object of the Legion of Mary is the glory of God through the holiness of its members developed by prayer and active co-operation in Mary’s and the Church’s work.  For more on the work of the Legion of Mary, click here

PIONEER TOTAL ABSTINENCE ASSOCIATION

The PTAA mission is to address the problems in society caused by excess alcohol consumption and drug usage. We do this through:  faith and prayer, self denial, example, activities based on presenting alternatives to individuals, particularly the young, advocacy.  For more on the work of the PTAA, click here  New members always welcome.  

 

Mitchelstown Branch Monthly Meeting in the Parish Office - first Wednesday of every month at 6.30 p.m.  

 

ST JOSEPHS YOUNG PRIESTS SOCIETY

St. Joseph's Young Priests' Society is a Catholic lay organisation which exists to help student clerics on their journey to priesthood. The Society fosters vocations to the priesthood and religous life. It assists students for the priesthood both financially and by prayer. ST THERESE, THE LITTLE FLOWER FAITH CAMP

Town Hall Mitchelstown.  A week for children aged 6 - 13 years to experience the love of Jesus through fun activities such as drama, team games, music, arts and crafts and prayer.

DIVINE MERCY CHAPLET

Chaplet of Divine Mercy:   In His revelations to St. Faustina, Jesus asked for a special prayer and mediation on His Passion (Diary 1320).  Each Friday at three o’clock the Chaplet of Divine Mercy will be prayed in the Parish Church in Mitchelstown.  Please come and join us in praying for our communities, our country, the whole world and your own special intentions.  All are welcome.
